Return Policy
You have 5 days from date of delivery to request a return. You must request a return before sending the item back or your return will be rejected. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization email. This email must be included in the box when the item is shipped back. All items must be shipped back in their original wrapping and must be unworn. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returned items will result in a store credit which can be used toward another purchase (of the same item in a different size or a different item). Store credits are valid for 30 days.

The following items are all FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned:
Swimsuits/cover-ups, monogrammed/custom items, holiday items, mystery boxes, reseller boxes, accessories (including tote bags, coolers, hats, jewelry, purses, sunglasses, hair accessories, and scarves), leggings, tights, bras and underwear, super deals, door busters, flash sales, clearance items, sale items, all upcycled items, items with discounts of 30% or more and shoes that have been worn.

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept a return.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which you will receive via email. 

We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

Defects or Problems with Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. We take lengths to protect our business from fraud. All items are photographed and/or videotaped prior to shipment to protect all parties from fraud.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
